In most cases, any latency on the site remains on the user side. This problem may be due to high latency on the connection side of the user or server. We will NOT refund due to this type of problem IF there is no clear evidence that the user can provide proof that it happened.

What happens when I disconnect from a server during the round in games?

Regardless of whether you're connected to the server or not, the game will work the way it's supposed to work (everything happens on the server).
