Important information when depositing cryptocurrency.
Minimum deposit amount depends on the cryptocurrency and is always specified on the deposit page. If you send less than this amount, funds will be lost;
Deposit must be made in appropriate currency. You should send exactly that currency, which was chosen by you in "Deposit" section. Deposit in other cryptocurrency is not refundable;
For each deposit, you will need to re-visit "Replenishment" section, choose the desired currency and copy the address of the wallet to which you are going to transfer funds. Since there is a set of wallets for replenishment and they may change at different times;
When sending funds you should pay attention to token standard (sending network), which is specified on currency button at the moment of deposit (such as TRC-20 and ERC-20). No money came in after you funded your account with a credit card.

I receive an error "withdrawal amount is much higher"
If you receive this error it means that you try to withdraw the amount that is much higher than the total amount you deposited. Please note that you can not withdraw the amount that is 5 times bigger than the total deposited amount.
