Can I delete my account?
it is not possible to delete an account, but you can block it. TYou can do it via Profile -> Security settings. Self-exclusion section.
Why my account has been blocked?
If your account has been restricted in any way, you should see a notice on the site. If you need more information about this or don't know what to do, you can contact customer support.
Please note, having multiple accounts is not allowed; if detected, all accounts will be banned. If you have created a duplicate account by mistake, you should contact customer support representative immediately.
What documents are required to verify my account?
Most accounts are verified using standard KYC procedures:
A selfie photo with your ID (front and back) and a selfie photo with a piece of paper with "bountystars.com" on it.
Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, government correspondence - no older than 6 months).
Where did my balance go?
Make sure no one else has access to your account and you haven't lost your balance. Also, make sure your account is secure: you haven't installed any viruses or malicious browser extensions. We do NOT refund your balance in these cases.
