What is a Steam Trade URL?


A Steam Trade URL is a link that allows Steam users to trade skins on the Steam platform.


Every Steam user has a unique Steam Trade URL, which can be shared with other users or third-party sites depending on personal preference.


Important: Anyone with your Steam Trade URL can view your inventory and send you trade offers.


How to find your Steam Trade URL


First, you need to know where to locate your Steam Trade URL in Steam.

Alternatively, follow these steps:


  1. Go to your Steam Community profile: 👉🏼 Click here
  2. Go to the Inventory tab (right panel).
  3. On the right side of the inventory panel, click Trade Offers.
  4. Select Who can send me Trade Offers?
  5. Scroll down to the Third-Party Sites section — here you will find your Steam Trade URL.
  6. Copy your Steam Trade URL.


Setting up your Steam Trade URL on BountyStars


  1. Go to the My Account tab on our website.
  2. On the left side of your profile, find Profile Settings.
  3. In Profile Settings, switch to the Personal Information section.
  4. Paste your Steam Trade URL in the Steam Trade URL field.
  5. Click Save.


✅ Once saved, your Steam Trade URL will be configured on our platform.



I received a notification about an invalid Steam Trade URL


If you see this message when trying to update your Steam Trade URL, it means:


  • Skins on our platform can only be withdrawn to the Steam account linked to your BountyStars account.
  • Your Steam Trade URL must belong to the same Steam account you used when registering on BountyStars.
